Background:
Many of you may not realize that as a local association - CCEA - we also are part of a district council of other locals in our area, District Q - Fauquier, Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, and Rappahannock - during our Mountain View and Uniserve meetings. We share concerns from our own locals, work together on common issues, caucus together for the VEA delegate assembly, and work with the paid uniserve staff that is based in Stafford.
