As a local labor union of employees of the Culpeper County School Division we are proudly comprised of Administrators, Teachers,Office Staff, Nurses,
Para-educators, Custodians, Maintenance, Transportation and Cafeteria Staff.
Together, we strive for respectful and productive relationships with school
leadership, our families, and each other for the purpose of building mutual trust, understanding and cooperation toward the common goal of a
successful educational community for our students.
