WE ARE THE CULPEPER EDUCATION ASSOCIATION
As a local labor union of employees of the Culpeper County School Division, we are proudly comprised of Administrators, Teachers,Office Staff, Nurses, Para-educators, Custodians, Maintenance, and Transportation. Together, we strive for respectful and productive relationships with school leadership, our families, and each other for the purpose of building mutual trust, understanding and cooperation toward the common goal of a successful educational community for our students. Our Mission To unite our members and local communities across the Commonwealth in fulfilling the promise of a high-quality public education that successfully prepares every single student to realize his or her full potential. We believe this can be accomplished by advocating for students, education professionals, and support professionals OUR VISION A QUALITY PUBLIC EDUCATION FOR EVERY STUDENT IN CULPEPER COUNTY.
